Our teams are providing expert cleaning of personal mementos, artifacts and heirlooms through mobile Cotton Relief Restoration Stations to support our neighbors across the Hill Country.

An appointment is required to have the Cotton Relief Restoration Station van come to your address for item cleaning. We have multiple Restoration Station vans, so please VIEW BOTH CALENDARS below to see the full appointment availability and schedule a dedicated two-hour session.
Please Note:
During your two-hour appointment window, our team will need time to set up equipment, perform cleaning (approximately one hour) and pack up afterward.
At this time, we will only accept hard, nonporous items for cleaning (see full list below).
You will be asked to read and accept a waiver and release (see full terms below) to begin the cleaning process for your items.
RESTORING WITH HEART
We will clean and sanitize your personal items that have hard, nonporous surfaces. At this time, we are not able to take on soft, water-damaged items. We recommend discarding soft belongings that took on water during the floods.

Waiver and Release for Property Restoration
The Cotton Foundation is providing free cleaning and restoration services for personal property as a charitable effort. These services are performed without any guarantees regarding the outcome. Due to the nature of the flood event and the cleaning process, there is a risk that restoration may be unsuccessful, which could result in additional damage or complete loss of the item(s).
By booking a session, you agree to release The Cotton Foundation and its employees, directors, and volunteers from any and all liability or legal claims related to the restoration of your property.
