We address this through the BIC-driven pre-event planning process, which stages resources across a region before impact rather than deploying from a single origin point after the event. We also maintain relationships with vetted partner contractors who can supplement our own crews when the scale of an event exceeds our direct deployment capacity. Each client is managed by a dedicated account manager who coordinates directly with the property team and the insurance carrier throughout the project regardless of how many other events are active at the same time.
